Giveaway Official Rules
OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING.
1. SPONSOR
The Dawg Talk Podcast (“Sponsor”) is sponsoring and administering this Giveaway (“Giveaway” or “Promotion”).
This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
2. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Giveaway begins on August 11, 2026 at 11:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on August 16, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the “Promotion Period”).
All entries must be completed and received during the Promotion Period. Sponsor's records will serve as the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.
3. ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and immediate family members of Dawg Talk Podcast, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, Jordan McGruder and any affiliated agencies, partners, or parties directly involved in the administration of the Giveaway may be excluded from eligibility.
4. HOW TO ENTER
To receive one (1) eligible entry, participants must complete all of the following requirements during the Promotion Period:
Follow @thedawgtalkpod on Instagram;
Follow @caldwellpope on Instagram;
Follow @wordsfrommac on Instagram;
Repost the official Giveaway post to the participant's Instagram Story; and
Tag two (2) friends in the comments of the official Giveaway post.
All required entry actions must be completed during the Promotion Period.
Participants must maintain the required follows through the conclusion of the Giveaway and winner verification.
The Sponsor reserves the right to verify that all entry requirements have been completed.
Only eligible entries will be included in the random drawing.
5. PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to one (1) eligible winner.
The Grand Prize consists of:
A. TWO (2) PHILADELPHIA 76ERS HOME GAME TICKETS
The winner will receive two (2) tickets to one (1) eligible Philadelphia 76ers home game in Philadelphia.
The following restrictions apply:
Tickets are limited to a selection of Philadelphia 76ers home games designated by the Sponsor.
The Sponsor will provide the winner with a selection of eligible home games from which the winner may choose.
Game selection is subject to availability.
The Sponsor does not guarantee availability for any particular opponent, date, game, or seating location.
Once the winner selects an available game and the tickets are confirmed, the selection may not be changed except at the Sponsor's discretion.
Tickets are for the selected Philadelphia home game only.
The prize does not include airfare, hotel accommodations, transportation, parking, food, beverages, or any other expenses associated with attending the game unless expressly stated by the Sponsor.
Tickets may not be sold, auctioned, or redeemed for cash.
If a selected game is canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or otherwise becomes unavailable, the Sponsor will determine, in its reasonable discretion, whether an alternate eligible game or comparable prize will be provided.
B. ONE (1) SIGNED PHILADELPHIA 76ERS JERSEY
The winner will also receive one (1) signed Philadelphia 76ers jersey.
The jersey will be mailed directly to the winner at the Sponsor's expense.
The winner may select an available jersey size.
The specific jersey version and related details will be communicated and coordinated directly between the Dawg Talk Podcast host group and the winner.
Jersey selection is subject to availability.
Standard shipping costs associated with mailing the jersey to the winner's eligible U.S. address will be covered by the Sponsor.
The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control.
6. WINNER SELECTION
One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The drawing will take place on or about August 17, 2026.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be contacted through Instagram Direct Message.
The potential winner must respond within 72 hours of notification.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, does not meet the eligibility requirements, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
7. PRIZE FULFILLMENT
Following winner verification, the Sponsor will coordinate directly with the winner regarding:
Available Philadelphia 76ers home game options;
Selection of the eligible game;
Delivery of the two (2) game tickets;
Jersey size;
Available jersey version and design; and
Shipping information for the signed jersey.
The winner must provide accurate information reasonably necessary for prize fulfillment.
The Sponsor is not responsible for prizes that cannot be delivered because the winner provided inaccurate, incomplete, or invalid information.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
Violates these Official Rules;
Provides false or misleading information;
Uses fraudulent or deceptive methods to enter;
Uses automated methods or bots;
Attempts to manipulate the entry process; or
Otherwise interferes with the proper administration of the Giveaway.
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical difficulties, unforeseen circumstances, or any other event beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control compromises the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.
9. INSTAGRAM RELEASE
By entering this Giveaway, each participant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Instagram from any and all liability arising out of or relating to the participant's participation in this Promotion.
Participants acknowledge that this Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
Participants understand that they are providing their information to the Sponsor and not to Instagram.
10. PHILADELPHIA 76ERS / NBA DISCLAIMER
The Philadelphia 76ers, the National Basketball Association (“NBA”), and their respective affiliates, owners, officers, employees, and representatives are not sponsors, administrators, or endorsers of this Giveaway unless expressly stated otherwise.
The use of Philadelphia 76ers or NBA names, trademarks, logos, tickets, or related materials in connection with this Giveaway does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.
11. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, each entrant releases and holds harmless the Sponsor, Dawg Talk Podcast, its affiliates, partners, representatives, employees, officers, directors, agents, and promotional partners from and against claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or inability to use any prize, to the extent permitted by law.
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, damaged, delayed, or otherwise invalid entries or communications.
12. TAXES
Any federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The winner is responsible for complying with all applicable tax reporting requirements.
13. PRIVACY
Information collected from participants will be used for purposes of administering the Giveaway, contacting the potential winner, verifying eligibility, and fulfilling the prize.
By entering, participants acknowledge that the Sponsor may collect and use information reasonably necessary to administer and fulfill the Giveaway.
14. WINNER INFORMATION
To request the name of the winner after the Promotion has concluded, send a written request to:

Requests must be received within ninety (90) days following the end of the Promotion Period.
15. GOVERNING LAW
This Giveaway and these Official Rules are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Giveaway will be governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, to the extent permitted by law.
